Role Name: Sr. Provider Relations Representative

Location: Columbia, SC 29203

Work Environment: Onsite

Schedule: 8:00 am-5:30 pm. A flexible 8-hour workday - Possibly some overtime and off-hour shifts, but not regularly.

Contract length: 7 months assignment with possible conversion


Job Summary:

Provides education and training for network providers, staff, suppliers, physicians, beneficiaries, and referral agents as necessary. Develops and produces all training and educational materials.


  • Day to Day: 60% Develops, prepares, reviews, and updates all provider education materials. These may include web-based training, computer-based training, ACT (Ask the Contractor) calls, outreach presentations/proposals, listserv articles, news highlights, calendar of events, job aids...
