Sr Provider Compensation & Productivity Analyst
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer
The Sr Provider Compensation & Productivity Analyst provides advanced analytical support focused on physician and advanced practice provider productivity, compensation model administration, and medical group performance. This role conducts complex analyses related to wRVU productivity, benchmarking, compensation reconciliation, and regulatory alignment, while partnering closely with medical group and clinical enterprise leadership. The position supports data‑driven decision‑making to optimize provider performance, ensure compensation integrity and compliance, and advance the strategic and operational goals of the clinical enterprise.
