Job Purpose
The Senior Proposal Writer is responsible for leading the development of high-impact, client-facing proposals that support revenue growth. This role partners closely with Sales, Solution Architects, and Leadership to shape win strategies, craft compelling narratives, and deliver compliant, high-quality RFP/RFI responses that differentiate CallTower in the CX, CCaaS, AI and UCaaS market.
Duties
- Proposal Strategy & Development
- Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, including strategy, messaging, and positioning
- Develop win themes and value propositions aligned to client needs and competitive landscape
- Translate technical solutions into clear, compelling business narratives
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, and Delivery teams to shape responses
- Facilitate proposal strategy sessions and stakeholder alignment to meet response deadlines
