We are seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Writer with strong expertise in Federal, State, Local, and SLED government proposals, including subcontracting and collaborative bid environments. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end proposal development for staffing and workforce solutions opportunities across public sector agencies.

This role requires deep knowledge of government procurement processes, RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, compliance matrices, and staffing-related bid submissions.
