Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the proposal team, fostering a collaborative, motivated environment while developing junior proposal professionals.
  • Manage complex, high-value proposal processes from start to finish – ensuring compliance with RFP requirements, strategic alignment, and flawless execution on large bids ($10M+).
  • Develop compelling, persuasive content tailored to specific client audiences, simplifying complex technical information while maintaining key messages and strategic win themes.
  • Interview subject matter experts to gather technical content, then translate and synthesize that information into clear, digestible proposals for non‑expert audiences.
