Senior Proposal SpecialistThe Senior Proposal Specialist will work closely with corporate and regional buildings teams on developing and submitting proposals, leading marketing tactics and supporting business development initiatives.

*Open to Intermediate to Senior level applicants

What You Will Be Working On

  • Coordinate the proposal preparation and submission:
  • Read and distribute Request for Pre-Qualification/Request for Proposal (RFPQ/RFP) information to the pursuit team
  • Create and distribute the responsibility matrix with the pursuit team
  • Distribute requests for information internally, as required
  • Centralize and standardize RFP content
  • Set deadlines for content and manage
  • Strategize on proposal content and work with the identified proposal lead
  • Arrange and record proposal team meetings
  • Work with the proposal lead to draft tailored content
