Senior Proposal Manager

Overview

The Proposals Manager leads the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compelling, and compliant proposals in response to client RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. This role collaborates closely with business development, subject matter experts, and senior leadership to develop strategies and drive proposal excellence.

Responsibilities

• Weekly meetings reviewing all Proposals, timelines with Clean Harbors Canada
• Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to submission.
• Develop proposal plans, schedules, and content outlines.
• Lead proposal strategy sessions and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
• Oversee the work of proposal coordinators and administrators
