MANTECH seeks a motivated, career, and customer-oriented **Sr. Proposal Content Developer** to join our team. This is a hybrid position with occasional travel to Herndon, VA and Hanover, MD.
You will be a strategic leader driving the creation, refinement, and execution of complex, high-value proposal content. This hybrid role merges advanced proposal strategy with cutting-edge AI expertise, positioning you as a central thought leader in our business development efforts. You will spearhead the integration of a rapidly evolving ecosystem of AI tools—including Google Gemini, NotebookLM, Rohan, and custom enterprise solutions—to accelerate research, architect solution outlines, and generate compelling narratives.
**Responsibilities to include but not limited to:**
