Overview

Location: Dubai. Work arrangement: Hybrid (HQ Emirates Towers plus remote, with developer site visits).

Responsibilities
  • Full-service advisor running acquisitions, tenancy and resale for a private client list. The desk you would run with us is the relationship, not the transaction.
  • Lead a book of high-net-worth clients across off-plan and secondary inventory.
  • Inbound qualified leads from JRE's content engine; no cold prospecting.
  • Stay with each client through handover, furnishing and tenancy, not just to SPA.
  • Hybrid: Emirates Towers HQ plus remote, with developer site visits.
Qualifications
  • Five-plus years in Dubai luxury real estate, RERA-registered, established developer relationships.
  • Fluency in a second language is a plus, particularly Russian, Mandarin or French.
