Senior Property Accountant

Oakview Capital Management is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented and trusted financial professional to join our close-knit team as Senior Property Accountant. The prospective candidate will have the opportunity to join a lean, but growing, entrepreneurial and highly collaborative team focused on commercial real estate investing.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is responsible for the day-to-day, month-end and year-end accounting for our properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, is highly organized and takes pride in doing things the right way. You’ll work closely with ownership and property management to provide timely and accurate financial reporting, manage budgets and help guide sound business decisions.
