Senior Project Surveyor

The Senior Project Surveyor will lead post-contract commercial management activities on a major Abu Dhabi development. The role requires strong technical competence sound commercial judgement independent decision-making and daily travel to site to support project delivery. The individual will supervise one Project Surveyor and work closely with and report to the Commercial & Contracts Lead.

• Cost & Budget Control: Act as custodian of the Cost Plan; update and report variances risks and forecasts. Track committed incurred and paid costs; prepare monthly cost and earned value reports.
• Pricing Schedules & BoQs : Prepare Pricing Schedules & BoQs for new works and changes. Support procurement processes tender clarifications and commercial evaluations.
