Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master

NCRi Solutions is looking for a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master for one of the biggest Conglomerate clients based in UAE to ensuring all scrum-based activities are completely in a timely manner, this includes: defining and organizing Scrum roles, sprint planning, daily scrum/ standups, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive Project Management experience engaging in large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience managing projects using, Scrum and the Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Conducted change impact analysis to define and evaluate the scope and objectives of the project.
• Require strong project management backgrounds, developed either via a relevant university or similar higher education qualification such as in Business or Business discipline.
