Senior Project Manager (Transportation)

What we are looking for:

Aldridge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic Transportation team for a project in the DMV area. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop a team.

  • Foster customer relationships.

  • Facilitate project planning, delivery and execution.

  • Drive projects through the entire Aldridge Project Lifecycle.

  • SAFETY – Drive the IIF safety culture.

  • Regularly visit your job sites and lead by example.

  • Ensure a safety plan is developed and adhered to.

  • MENTORING AND COACHING – Lead and develop your team.
