Senior Project Manager – Mining & Heavy Industry
Location: Any of our Canadian offices. Ideal within Greater Toronto Area or Sudbury, Ontario.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead Area Managers, Engineering Managers, and project engineers, guiding stakeholders with confidence and clarity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our ERI portfolio and driving client success.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of multi‑phase, complex mining and heavy industrial projects across Canada.
- Develop and implement Project Management Plans, including risk, safety, quality, and communication strategies.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and governance to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
- Mentor and guide engineering managers and project teams to achieve technical excellence and client satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
