WSP is seeking a strategic, client-focused Senior Project Manager – Team Lead to lead and grow a team of design and field professionals. This high-impact leadership role is accountable for people leadership, team development, workload planning, and leading complex, high-visibility projects. The successful candidate will set technical direction, mentor and develop staff, and play an active role in expanding WSP’s service offering across southern Alberta.
