Senior Project Manager, Social Justice

Your role at St John of God Health Care

As a Senior Project Manager Social Justice you will be accountable for the management and delivery of key initiatives across hospitals and services to implement the strategic direction for Social Justice in St John of God Health Care. Reporting directly to the Chief Mission Integration Officer, you will engage and partner with hospitals and services to successfully develop, implement and measure the outcomes of Social Justice activities, support change management across the program, and contribute to the development of people and processes.

The Position

• Accountable for the successful delivery of key initiatives across hospitals and services to implement the strategic direction for Social Justice in SJGHC.

• Effectively lead the following workstreams and report on progress, budget and risks to the Project Control Group:
