• End‑to‑End Lifecycle Management: Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to close, overseeing all phases from SOW creation through written approval for project closure.
• Budget & Scope Control: Monitor project budgets and scope alignment against the SOW on a weekly basis, executing Project Change Request (PCR) procedures when necessary to manage scope creep.
