Senior Project Manager

We are hiring a Senior Project Manager who lives in execution. This is a highly technical, systems-driven role for someone who can drop into a complex business, absorb new industries fast, and immediately impose structure, deadlines, and delivery.

You will own cross-functional project execution across operations, systems, analytics, finance, and product workflows. Your job is simple: make sure the right work gets done, on time, with clarity and accountability.

This is not a coordination role. This is a delivery role.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end ownership of cross-team projects

• ClickUp system ownership: structure, hygiene, dependencies, automation

• Breaking vague goals into executable task plans

• Enforcing deadlines and escalating blockers early

• Weekly execution planning and progress reporting
