Job Description

ams OSRAM in Malaysia seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive development of innovative Nitride (AlInGaN) chip technologies. You will lead cross-functional, international teams and manage critical interfaces with stakeholders to advance the Nitride platform.

The role requires strong project leadership, a background in physics/engineering and proven ability to solve complex design problems while coordinating globally. Regular travel to the headquarter in Germany may be necessary.
