Job Description

​We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver heavy industrial services projects, including shutdowns, maintenance, and site-based works. This self-employed position is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from tender handover to close-out.

  • Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.

  • Control costs, margins, and change processes.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards.

  • Lead and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Manage client relationships and represent the business professionally.

  • Support tendering and continuous improvement initiatives.
