• Provide project management leadership for full implementation, upgrade, or major enhancement projects.
• Ensure adherence to BDO's project governance framework and maintain related documentation according to quality standards.
• Ensure the project team follows BDO Implementation Methodology, producing deliverables on schedule and to standards.
• Review key deliverables to ensure scope, budget, and contractual terms are aligned.
• Contribute to the refinement of project governance, methodology, contracts, and templates; mentor colleagues.
