Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large or multi-stream projects
Define execution frameworks, governance structures, and reporting standards
Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Identify dependencies and proactively resolve bottlenecks
Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, operations, finance, and external partners
Conduct executive-level status reviews and steering committee updates
Build risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
