Senior Project Manager

Sharpe Engineering & Equipment is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and execute capital and process engineering projects for our clients in the food & beverage industry. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from scope development and budgeting to installation, commissioning, and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, contractors, and client stakeholders while supporting continuous improvement across our project delivery processes.

This role is hands-on, client-facing, and critical to supporting Sharpe’s commitment to operational excellence and people-centric project leadership.
