Senior Project Manager

MatchBox Consulting is on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager to work out of Kamloops, BC. This role requires someone with strong IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) experience. The ideal candidate will have delivered $60M+ institutional or commercial projects, preferably including work in healthcare, education, or civic facilities.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of project delivery from validation through closeout
  
• Manage project startup activities including contracts, execution plans, and resource allocation
  
• Oversee financials: budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and cost tracking
  
• Drive schedule development and monitoring; chair meetings and track action items
  
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, site instructions, change orders, and documentation
  
• Ensure safety, quality control, and risk management across the project
