Senior Project Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000 dependant on experience.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex transformation and change initiatives across the organisation.

Working within the Transformation & Change team , you will drive high impact projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring strong governance, effective stakeholder engagement, and sustainable benefit realisation. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic change, balancing structure with agility, and championing the people side of change to ensure successful adoption.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, Directors and cross functional teams, providing clear insight, managing risk, and ensuring projects deliver real, measurable value.
