Your tasks Lead complex international development, technology and industrialization projects from initiation through market implementation Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Sales Act as the primary interface towards internal and external stakeholders, including customers where applicable Ensure transparent project governance, reporting and escalation management Facilitate project reviews, gate reviews and steering committee meetings Drive stakeholder alignment and foster effective collaboration across matrix organizations Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization and professionalization of project management standards, methods and best practices Support strategic initiatives and technology development programs Promote a Quality First mindset and professional project execution cult...
