Senior Project Manager, Enterprise E-Commerce

The Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Management, plays a critical role in Zaelab’s Delivery team, owning project execution from kickoff through launch. You’ll lead e-commerce implementations, coordinate with offshore development teams, and act as the trusted advisor for client stakeholders. Success in this role means balancing technical feasibility, client satisfaction, and project profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead e-commerce projects using Agile/Waterfall techniques that have been adapted to the best practices we have developed to meet our clients’ needs.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
