Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Project Manager within the oil & gas, energy sector of a multinational companyPassionate for Project ManagementPrevious work experience with EPCI projectsMaster’s Degree in Engineering or similar related DegreesFluency in English and German (as a plus)Strong negotiation skills, team working abilities and excellent leadership and influencing skillsExperience gained at working sitesSpecific knowledge of submarine cable and offshore operations will be considered as a plusProven track record of delivery and a track record of achieving results through people in a matrix delivery teamEffective leadership and communications skills, projecting competence and credibilityStructured and methodical, detailed conscious plannerWillingness to challenge the status quo and adopt innovative delivery mechanisms
