Senior Project Manager/ Design Manager (Building Engineering)

Role description

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Design Manager with a history of engineering design of facilities to join our team. You will have the opportunity to work within a talented and supportive team and take a lead role in key building projects.

Role accountabilities

• Direct and manage project delivery including defining project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating and controlling project duration, effort and cost, create detailed project plans and manage change requests
• Lead the design of multidisciplinary projects
• Manage the design of building projects from start of design to completion of construction
• Ensure on time and within budget performance
• Drive an attitude within project teams to deliver solutions, resolving issues and risks as they arise, while managing a diverse project team
