At BDO Digital, we seek a Senior Project Manager with experience in HCM projects. In this role, you will ensure project governance, manage resources effectively, and mentor team members. Your ability to maintain client relationships will be pivotal in driving successful Dayforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of project management for Dayforce
• Ensure compliance with governance documentation standards
• Review deliverables to align with project scope
• Mentor and support the BDO project team
• Advocate for clients and train their staff accordingly
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of HCM project experience
