We provide an array of services to enable client lifecycle transactions; from relationship establishment to supporting the data demands surrounding instruments.

Strategic Change Team

Within Core Operations group under Data Operations, the Strategic Change Team is responsible for the execution of data programs and regulatory change initiatives, including:

  • Developing and implementing Gen AI solutioning strategies in partnership with Technology
  • Leading strategic planning and Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation
  • Driving transformative change initiatives across the organization
