Job Summary

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for our Vancouver Office located in Coquitlam, BC.

Responsibilities

  • Overall Project delivery from cradle to grave including accountability for the Projects profitability
  • Constant forecasting of the Project’s progress both financially (variances to budget) and operationally (meeting construction schedule deliverables). This includes accountability for mitigation of any financial or operational risk
  • Ensuring all Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations including Worksafe and Employment Standards are met or exceeded
  • Responsible for all onsite labour coordination including management of subcontractors
  • Prepare and issue subcontractor agreements and/or purchase orders including reconciling revised contract amounts
