What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Maintain a strategic plan document or dashboard summarizing top client priorities and major workstreams
  • Facilitate monthly or quarterly strategic reviews with Client Success and executive stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
  • Provide structured status reporting to sponsors and stakeholders
  • Continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and templates to support scalable execution
