  • Lead projects related to transition of work including scoping and sizing work process optimization, standardization, creation of process documentation, knowledge transfer and manage day to day activities.

  • Projects will involve setting up new service lines and locations and also transferring services from one location to another or from one service provider to another, ensuring service levels are maintained throughout.

  • Provide project management leadership in India for establishing new functional Business Services Functional Towers in India / APAC
