Key Responsibilities

  • Directly lead and manage construction projects across ADI’s Beaverton semiconductor manufacturing site including offices, R&D labs, and cleanroom facilities. Maintain full ownership of scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Engage and coordinate external design firms, contractors, and consultants as execution partners while ensuring consistent standards, governance, and reporting across all regions.
  • Project Initiation & Planning: Develop project charters, define scope, objectives, and deliverables; conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
  • Estimating & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates, ROI analyses, and budget forecasts; track expenditures and manage financial controls to ensure on-budget execution.
