Job Description
A locally owned and well-operated Tier 2 construction company is now looking for a decisive construction project manager at senior level with a depth of experience across medium projects to around $40M. This contractor has extensive construction experience across all commercial building spheres. They win their work through tendering, ECI, and government panels. Directors work in the business and are flexible and understanding to various employee needs.
They have a number of new projects coming up across that span education, apartments, warehousing, industrial, commercial office newbuilds, and major refurbishments that now require an additional PM.
Reporting to the Construction Director, this role will see you running several projects with values between $10M - $30M. You will lead a team of SM’s and Foreman and have complete responsibility for the delivery to milestones and targets.
