Senior Project Manager- ACTAT Research

The ACTAT Research Department is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the development, planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi‑site projects within a fast‑paced academic research environment. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational and strategic goals. The Senior Project Manager initiates and develops new projects as well as support staff developing their own projects.

This role oversees all phases of project management, including planning, budgeting, procurement, vendor oversight, performance tracking, and project closeout. This position works closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community organizations to manage initiatives, support proposal development and renewals, and drive the launch of new programs, products, and services.
