Managing Project Engineering Organization.
Coordinating the client’s project specifications/requirements, managing schedule, projected expenses, and quality with the engineering team in adherence to all our contractual obligations.
Reporting program status to Senior Management and Customers.
Ensuring the proper resources are allocated from each organization to perform and verify the contract.
Managing personnel within project organization by assigning work accordance with staff skills, while assisting the quality department in drafting quality, material, and process specifications.
Building relationships with subcontractors to meet objectives of cost, quality, and schedule needs.
Preparing quotes accurately for product plans, schedules, and projected spending to define the product to all UNEW engineering specifications and quality requirements.
