Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our E&M division on a full‑time, permanent basis. In this role, you will oversee the line management and coordination of all field resources, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of works. You will also support the Project Manager in the successful planning and delivery of programmed works while managing HSEQ, financial, commercial and client expectations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all programme elements in line with WGM’s safety standards, covering design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
  • Provide line management for field resources, including team performance KPIs, appraisals and development plans.
  • Monitor and adhere to budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to deliver compliance KPIs.
