Job Description

Core Purpose:

To plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements.

Project Management & Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources).
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery and secure stakeholder sign-off.
  • Identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular detailed reports.

Leadership & Coordination:

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of supervisors, engineers, and workers.
