Senior Project Engineer - BMS

Job Purpose: To liaise with the Contractors, Suppliers, Principals, Architects, Clients and ensure timely completion of design works and project programme on site in an organized and cost‑effective manner in accordance with the approved design quality standards, within the agreed time frame to meet stakeholder expectations and maintain continuity of business.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Obtain the drawings of the project and assess the material requirement accurately and ascertain the material for procurement.
• Carry out procurement of material ensuring availability of the right quality within the agreed time and in a most cost‑effective manner.
• Coordinate with all Principals, Architects, Mall Management, Clients for obtaining approval on all project‑related activities.
