Responsibilities

  • Lead the CRA Strategic Initiative from a Project Director perspective in accordance with Hitachi Energy’s governance model
  • Support the current Project Manager to ensure seamless handover and future management of the project
  • Represent the initiative at the Steering Committee and provide leadership to Workstream Groups including leads and subject matter experts
  • Oversee the Delivery Lead to maintain and update the project plan in MS Project, monitor task completion, critical path, and weekly progress reporting
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, and issues across the initiative
