Overview

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior Project Developer in Cape Town, WC.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the project pipeline to ensure balanced and de-risked portfolio
  • Assist with business development, site and project acquisition.
  • Accountable for conducting technical due diligence of green field and acquisition renewable energy projects.
  • Actively manage and co-ordinate the evaluation of wind and solar resource and estimation of site energy yield to bankable standards with internal and external specialist(s).
  • Manage the preparation of P-3, P-2, P-1 approvals and any other investment milestones that may be required
  • Manage the project(s) budgets on the relevant tools
  • Manage and maintain update of project databases for reporting purposes (ensure accuracy of project information – validate and verify)
