Are you a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator looking to work with an active Developer in Toronto as a Senior Project Coordinator ?

You will be responsible for assisting the project manager with all duties from design working drawing process through construction phase to close out. If you are strong with managing change orders and can coordinate, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish, then this company needs you! If you have 5 years of previous experience working as a project coordinator with a Construction Manager, Developer, General Contractor, or Design Build firm, then read on;

• Handle project administration, including cost control, schedule control, and change order administration.
