Senior Project Coordinator

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure project plan administration supports the execution of field operations. They will be responsible for all aspects of project execution.

Location & Travel

This position supports our Mississauga, ON office and will require travel to our client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Opportunity management: support identification of business development opportunities and assist in proposal responses.
• Pre‑construction: assist in establishing Pre‑construction in Progress (PIP) forms, KPI tracking, document control, planning activities (look‑ahead schedules, HSE, procurement, logistics, execution plans), tender package submittal, subcontract award cost coding, SAP uploads, permit acquisition, VDC support, and cost‑effective delivery recommendations.
