Project Coordinator – PMO (Enterprise IT Initiatives)
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support major enterprise-wide IT initiatives, including:
Rolling out Okta IAM to 18,000+ users
M365 tenant decentralization
Migration of 100+ business units to cloud-based identity platforms
You'll work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to keep projects on track, coordinate communications, analyze data, and support change management efforts.
Key Qualifications:
3+ years in project coordination (preferably in IT or enterprise environments)
Strong Excel/data analysis skills (Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with PMBOK and stakeholder management best practices
Bonus if you have: experience with Okta, M365, identity management, or change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
