Description:
The Senior Project Controls Specialist leads project controls processes and consults with the project management team to ensure client satisfaction. Presents schedule and budget status reports and analysis of these deliverables to project management team and client and will support all aspects of project controls and reporting, including, project change management, cost control, risk management, progress measurement, schedule development and schedule control.
Job Duties:
Perform project set-up in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software.
Input data, maintain logs, run reports and analysis in the Enterprise Planning & Controls software or other tools.
Create and manage the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Responsible to develop, implement, and maintain effective and accurate scheduling reports, cost reports, cash flows and forecasts.
Responsible for following and tracking project execution plans.
