Senior Project Controls Manager

Role Overview

Pomerleau is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager. Reporting to the Senior Director, PMO, the incumbent plans, leads, and coordinates all project control functions, including scope management, cost control, schedule management, risk and change management, as well as BIM and document management. They contribute to the project’s success by defining standards, implementing governance, and deploying best practices across these disciplines. Their senior leadership enables high-level reporting to project leadership and to the ADM client.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain project control processes, procedures, and policies in alignment with the management system.
• Ensure cross-functional consistency among project control disciplines (cost, schedule, risk, scope, changes) and recommend necessary updates.
