Senior Project Control Officer

We are seeking a Senior Project Control Officer (PCO) to provide critical support to project managers and teams in the coordination, planning, and execution of complex health workforce programs. This role requires at least 7+ years of experience in the non-profit, healthcare, and/or government sector and strong skills in project administration, data management, and stakeholder relationship management. The PCO will be key in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate and consistent data processing, and optimizing the client experience for health workforce programs. Public Sector Experience is Mandatory. This is a Hybrid role based in Toronto, requiring up to three days onsite per week.
