Job Details
Managing and controlling including taking necessary actions as EPCm contractor including vendors/contractors if required, to ensure adherence to best practices of proper Planning and Control activities.Monitoring and control including taking necessary actions as an EPCm contractor to ensure adherence to best practices of proper Cost Control activities. Also, manage Owner Contingency to be within the approved budget.Reviewing CAPEX estimates to ensure adherence to estimating standards and practices, and also to provide Owner input and requirements affecting their estimate and report.Managing and coordinating within TOP group disciplines including procurement/ contract admin./ government/ insurance /Tax /Finance and liaison with Operation/Engineering support.Reporting to Pr...
